Accepting Donations Online

We support both popular approaches to online donations, but we do not process donations nor do we endorse any one organization. Currently, the two most popular approaches are 1) integrating directly with PayPal on your website or 2) linking to an organization that specializes in online donations.

We encourage you to evaluate services that specialize in processing online donations. Generally, the key points to compare are monthly fee (if any), processing fee, and functionality like tax receipts and giving history. For example, look at both options from Network for Good (www.networkforgood.org/Npo/fundraising/donations).

Fundraising

Being able to accept donations online does not mean your donations will increase. We provide you with the essential components found in all high-end fundraising packages - contact management system, electronic newsletters, custom web-based forms, and group emails.
